The fourth generation of the Leader Roots program concluded with a formal ceremony held at Sarajevo City Hall, marking the end of nine months of company visits, workshops, study visits, and engagement with business leaders from various industries.
The title of Leader of the Year 2025/2026 was awarded to Dženita Seferović of ZIRA Group, following her presentation before a distinguished jury composed of business leaders from AmCham BiH member companies. Alongside fellow finalists Ognjen Saje, Vedad Husić, Hana Alkić, and Lucija Dusper, she shared her leadership journey, professional experiences, and perspectives on real-world leadership challenges.
Since its launch, the Leader Roots program has brought together more than 200 young professionals from companies across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Over the course of four generations, the program has evolved into a platform that connects the experience of established business leaders with the ambition and potential of emerging professionals, providing opportunities for learning through direct engagement with companies, mentors, and the broader business community.

This year’s Final Ceremony also marked the beginning of the celebration of 25 years of AmCham BiH. For a quarter of a century, AmCham BiH has connected companies, institutions, and international partners while continuing to invest in people, ideas, and the advancement of the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina through initiatives such as Leader Roots.
