Organization & Structure
The Assembly of the Association elects its executive body, the Board of Governors, which consists of nine members from among the members of the Assembly of the Association. At least five members of the Board of Governors must be official representatives of legal entities representing US companies, and other members of the Board of Governors may be other regional and or domestic legal entities.
AmCham BiH Board of Governors consists of one President of the Board of Governors, one First Vice President, one Second Vice President of the Board of Governors and six members of the Board of Governors without a special title.
- The term of the President, First Vice President and Second Vice President of the Board will be three years;
- Mandates of three members of the Board of Governors who are fourth-ranked, fifth-ranked and sixth-ranked according to the number of votes will last for 2 years;
- The mandates of three members of the Board of Governors who are seven-ranked, eight-ranked and nine-ranked according to the number of votes on the Assembly will last for 1 year.

We are the focal point of AmCham BiH activities and operations!
In line with directions of the Board of Governors the staff focuses its effort in meeting AmCham BiH members needs, supporting the work of advocacy committees, engaging in government relations and advocacy, organizing regular AmCham BiH events (luncheons, seminars, cocktails, round table, charity events…) handling general membership inquires on a daily basis.
