We are a fully accredited member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington.
AmCham BiH is the leading voice of international business in Bosnia and Herzegovina, promoting the global competitiveness of its economy through advocacy and events as well as implementing best practices. Our activities, as a non-governmental, non-profit and volunteer organization are entirely related to our members and their needs.
We are one of the four foreign chambers that operate in Bosnia and Herzegovina with the purpose to develop a single economic space throughout the country, to international standards by the establishment of full freedom of movement of persons, goods, capital and services, without discrimination on any basis whatsoever.
Our members come from many parts of the business community.
We are currently comprised of exactly 100 members that come from many parts of the business community mostly U.S. companies, International, regional and local companies.
Company members represent a variety of industries: IT sector, banking and financial sector, legal and consulting companies, PR, marketing and advertising agenices, non-profit and educational organizations and institutions, construction companies, pharmaceutical companies and representative offices, food and drink producers, manufacturers of tobacco products and other.
Our members are: U.S. companies/citizens, BiH companies/citizens, regional and local companies/citizens and non – profit organizations who share a common interest in the mission of the Chamber.
