The implementation of the first phase of the AmCham BiH Mentorship Program, organized by AmCham BiH in cooperation with a member of the Propulsion Fund, has begun today.


It is a unique professional development program, with the idea that through the synergy of the academic and corporate sectors, it will help to improve and develop young people – leaders who will lead the business community in BiH.


Today’s first Masterclass lecture on Leadership was delivered by representatives of the socially responsible company, member of AmCham BiH, Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosnia and Herzegovina, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, Mirha Krivdić Director of Corporate Sales and Networks and Emina Sarač Director of HR.


By the end of 2019, there will be two more Masterclass lectures on topics regarding Marketing and HR. The lectures will be presented by Chamber members companies ITAcademy by LINK group and Addiko Bank BiH.


Following the first phase of the Mentorship program, conceived as Masterclass Lectures, a one-year Mentorship Program will be launched in 2020, with the aim of networking business leaders in BiH with final-year students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for accelerating in future business.
