The AmCham BiH ICT committee held a meeting regarding the AmCham BiH USAID WHAM program. AmCham BiH signed a contract with the USAID Workforce and Access to Higher Markets (WHAM) project, which is a USAID-funded activity designed to create jobs in Bosnia and Herzegovina through trade integration with the European Union (EU) and regional markets. Through the approved USAID WHAM grant, AmCham BiH will implement a number of programs targeted to improve the workforce of AmCham’s member companies  in the ICT sector. 


During the meeting President of the Committee followed by the members discussed on the objectives of the AmCham BiH WHAM program.  First step of the program activities is to communicate with the whole membership their needs on new employment in the ICT sector of their companies, and which working force in their company is in deficit so that AmCham BiH can target witch training’s to provide and finance starting from October 2019.
