Representatives of the company’s which are AmCham BiH members Marić & Co., Petošević, MSA IP and Živko Mijatović & Partners have trained customs officers how to identify counterfeit products. To present officials among other details was presented how original packaging looks like, the names of the countries where counterfeit brand products are being produced and other guidelines for the recognition of counterfeit goods that violate the rights of clients of these companies.
The training called “Identification of Counterfeit Goods” has been organized by AmCham BiH together with the members of the IPR Committee, and this is the first training. In the forthcoming period, the same training will be organized in the Sarajevo, Banja Luka and Tuzla Regional Centers.
