On September 25th, the RSO office hosted the first ever Overseas Security Advisory Council meeting at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo
Chargé d ’Affairs a.i. Nicholas Hill provided opening remarks to the guests, highlighting the history and importance of the OSAC program.
RSO Kevin Murphy provided an overview of Diplomatic Security and their global roles and responsibilities.
Deputy Regional Security Officer, Karpowski spend the remainder of the meeting reviewing the intent of the OSAC program and provided an introduction to the OSAC website https://www.osac.gov/pages/Home.aspx and resources.
Attendees of the Meeting were representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in BiH and companies: Coca-Cola, Telemach, Express Courier, Johnson & Johnson, Deloitte, Marriott.
