The American Chamber of Commerce in BiH (AmCham BiH) is proud to announce the launch of the fourth generation of the Leader Roots educational program, which has already established itself as one of the most recognized leadership development initiatives in the country. The program brings together emerging leaders from different industries, offering them a unique opportunity to learn directly from successful companies and managers who are shaping the business environment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The first session was held in partnership with Raiffeisen Bank, a long-standing supporter of the program and one of the leading financial institutions in the country. The session, titled “From Colleague to Manager,” focused on the challenges of transitioning from an operational role to a managerial one. Presenters Igor Đukić and Armin Suljić shared their practical experiences and tools for effective team leadership. This provided participants with first-hand insight into real-life situations that often accompany managerial career development.

What makes Leader Roots unique is its collaboration with some of the strongest companies in the country. Each session allows participants to learn through real-world examples, simulations, and case studies, setting the program apart from traditional training formats. The emphasis is not only on theory, but also on practical skills and competencies that leaders need in today’s dynamic business environment.

AmCham BiH extends its gratitude to Raiffeisen Bank for supporting the opening of this year’s program, as well as to all partner companies, including AS Holding, Coca-Cola HBC B-H, Express Courier – ASC for UPS, Hemofarm, Lanaco NewCold Metal Construction, NELT Group, Orbico, UniCredit Bank dd Mostar, Telemach BH, UNIQA Osiguranje and ZIRA Group who will be sharing their knowledge and expertise throughout the year. Their commitment highlights a shared goal: investing in people and nurturing the future leaders of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
