We are pleased to announce that the Director of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, Ivana Prvulović, and the Director of AmCham BiH, Nedim Hamzić, have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, whereby we have formalized and improved joint efforts in strengthening the protection of intellectual property in key areas:
- Professional development – improvement of knowledge and capacities in the field of intellectual property protection
- Promotion of good comparative practices – exchange of experiences and models of successful action

Corporate Social Responsibility – raising awareness and responsibility of all actors in the protection of intellectual propertyrights
This cooperation aims to improve the implementation of legal regulations, strengthen capacities in supervising the implementation of a set of laws regulating intellectual property, and activities are underway to organize an expert conference on the occasion of marking World Intellectual Property Day in April.
