AmCham BiH proudly organized a panel discussion titled "Strengthening Business Integrity: DEI Practices and Inclusive Leadership" in Sarajevo. This event, held on 11th September, is part of the broader Business Integrity Initiative, a project that AmCham BiH is implementing in cooperation with CIPE named "Strengthening Business Integrity and Transparency in the Public Sector".
The event began with a presentation by Tanja Šebez, an expert on sustainable business, who highlighted the importance of such principles in creating ethical and responsible business practices. Branko Kecman, Director of Advantis broker a.d. Banja Luka, moderated the panel discussion with five distinguished leaders from various sectors:

- Elmira Lalić, Sparkasse Bank dd BiH
- Vildana Mahmutovic, Adriatic Metals BH

The panelists shared their experiences and perspectives on how DEI practices contribute to strengthening business integrity, creating an inclusive work culture, and achieving better business results. The discussion emphasized the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in building successful and sustainable companies.
