The regional ICT and Clean Technology Trade Mission Conference was held on November 2, 2022 in Belgrade & Podgorica, with a focus on topics such as energy and the IT sector.

Those present had the opportunity to make business contact with 27 participating American companies during B2B talks, where AmCham BiH participated together with the U.S. Embassy in BiH.

In addition to companies, guests included regional chambers of commerce, with the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina addressing the attendees, emphasizing BiH's excellent energy potential, especially in the production of electricity.

Among other invitees, the U.S. Ambassador to Serbia, H.E. Christopher Hill, was present at the reception of regional AmChams held earlier in the organization of AmCham Serbia, where Secretary General of AmCham BiH, Nedim Hamzić, addressed the guests.

In his speech, Mr. Hamzić invited the companies to engage in visiting BiH and discuss investment opportunities while also referring to current trends in the domestic market: "In the past period marked by numerous challenges caused by the pandemic, BiH has seen a significant development of the IT sector. As the fastest growing industry, in addition to the constant creation of new jobs, it drives the development of other economic branches as well."
