Representatives of AmCham BiH also met this week with the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH within the activities carried out by the Tax, Regulatory & Legal Committee.
Given the interests and challenges faced by our members in practice, we have explained the reasons and made proposals for certain amendments under these two important laws:
- Law on Excise Duties
- Law on Value Added Tax.
The meeting was attended by representatives of this committee, Chair of the Committee Ms. Nadina Hodžić (Ernst & Young), team leader for tax compliance Suzana Sikimić (Nelt Group), and Nedim Hamzić, Secretary General of AmCham BiH.
