The most famous youth empowerment program of Coca-Cola HBC in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2021 is being implemented online.
The American Chamber of Commerce of BiH is once again a partner to its member Coca-Cola HBC B-H in the implementation of the project "Coca-Colina podrška mladima u BiH". We are proud because we can support and share the news that this year the program will be held, in a slightly different format than before, but with equal quality and dedication.
"Given that investing in youth, and its future leaders, is one of the pillars of the AmCham BiH strategy, we are happy to support this program that recognizes, develops, empowers and motivates young people to succeed," said AmCham BiH Secretary General , Nedim Hamzic.
Coca-Cola HBC B-H Sarajevo continued with the implementation of the Coca-Cola Youth Support project. Since the health and safety of lecturers, associates and participants are still the first priority, this year's workshops are organized in an online format, through the Zoom platform in the approximate duration of 60 minutes. Applications for participation are required, and the application form can be found at the link.
The Coca-Cola Youth Support Project in BiH is a national program of Coca-Cola HBC, which recognizes, develops, empowers and motivates participants to succeed, making them more competitive in the labor market. In previous years, the workshops were organized in more than 10 municipalities and cities and the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but this year, due to the pandemic, they take place in the online world, which opens the opportunity for young people from all over the country to participate.

Learn more, apply knowledge and move on is the motto of Coca-Cola's support for young people, which offers the acquisition of knowledge needed to cope with the labor market, with special reference to the "new normality" in pandemic conditions. Since the actuality and purposefulness of the topics is one of the most important criteria when planning the program, this year's topics of the workshops, among others, are:
• How to start a career in a large system
• Financial literacy
• Unlock inner ingenuity
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Leap into the digital labor market
• Mental health
• Be KUL-I-TI!
During this year's program, special Q&A sessions will be organized with some of the most successful and inspiring entrepreneurs from BiH.
Although primarily intended for young people aged 18-30, everyone can participate in the workshops, noting that those under 18 can follow the program with the prior written consent of their parents. The program can be followed by people older than 30 if they belong to vulnerable categories of unemployed or otherwise vulnerable groups (national minorities, people with disabilities) ..., as well as people who lost their jobs due to the pandemic.
Coca-Cola Youth Support Workshops are, and always will be, free for all participants.
