AmCham BiH’s Leader Roots program brings together young professionals and managers from various companies with the aim of developing essential leadership and communication skills. Through 14 interactive sessions, participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from leaders of successful companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina, strengthen practical competencies, and expand their professional networks. The program runs throughout the year and is exclusively intended for participants nominated and registered by AmCham member companies.
