AmCham BiH, in partnership with the Federal Inspection Administration, is organizing the "AmCham BiH World Intellectual Property Day 2025" on April 23, 2025.
This conference will bring together intellectual property experts, key decision-makers and institutional representatives, inspectors and officials of competent administrative bodies responsible for intellectual property protection, representatives of the judiciary and renowned global companies. The goal is to exchange insights, best practices, offer solutions and progress on key issues of the efficiency of intellectual property protection and jointly raise awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights in the development of the domestic economy.
With introductory lectures and interactive discussions focused on current topics such as the practice and actions of inspection bodies, protection of industrial property with a focus on trademarks, real protection of intellectual property rights in practice, and many others, this event promises to stimulate significant discussions and cooperation that will shape the future of this field in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
