Whistleblowers play a vital role in maintaining organizational integrity and preventing corruption and other harmful practices. However, without adequate protection and support mechanisms, reporting wrongdoing can carry significant risks. This training aims to raise awareness about the importance of establishing reliable internal reporting systems, understanding legal obligations in BiH and the EU, and empowering companies to take concrete steps in protecting whistleblowers.

Participants will have the opportunity to analyze real-world cases and engage in practical exercises to understand the challenges whistleblowers face, as well as the strategies organizations can implement to ensure an effective reporting and protection system.

The training session "Whistleblowers: Protection, Support, and Practice" is designed for company representatives, legal entities, and all stakeholders interested in understanding the role of whistleblowers and mechanisms for their protection. Through lecture prepared by Mila Crnogorac Bajić (Net Consulting), real-life case studies, and discussions, participants will gain insights into best practices for designing secure reporting channels, as well as the legal frameworks governing this area in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the EU.
