The Tax/Legal & Regulatory Committee aims to establish channels of communication for AmCham BiH members with taxation, legal and regulatory authorities to solve problems of a general nature and recommend improvements. The Mission of the Tax & Legal Committee is to recommend, establish and implement necessary changes in tax legislation in order to make it more competitive, assist members in their lobbying effort, respond to members’ common upcoming requests with direct dialogue with decision makers and provide members with the opportunity to keep up to date with tax changes and key developments in the legislation.

The Mission of the Health Care and Environment Committee is to promote positive health and pharmaceutical practice. At the same time this committee is a forum for exchanging ideas and discussion about the appropriate contribution to environmental protection in BiH.

The Mission of the IPR Committee is to promote protection of the intellectual property rights in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The mission of the committee for socially responsible business in AmCham BiH includes several key aspects:

1. Promotion of socially responsible business (CSR): The committee's mission includes promoting the concept and practice of socially responsible business among members of the chamber of commerce. This means raising awareness of the importance of ethical business, environmental protection, respect for human rights and contribution to the community.
2. Member Support and Training: Providing support, training and resources to Chamber of Commerce members to integrate CSR into their business strategies and operations. This includes workshops, seminars, and consulting on how to adopt sustainable business practices that contribute to economic development, social justice, and environmental protection.
3. Cooperation with the Government and the civil sector: Work on the development of partnerships with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other relevant participants in order to promote and implement socially responsible business initiatives. The committee acts as a bridge between the business sector and the wider community, and works to create an environment that encourages sustainable development and social responsibility.

This mission is based on the principles of transparency, ethical business, environmental protection, social justice and improvement of the quality of life in the community.
