In order to further raise awareness of the importance of ethics and compliance in business, the Committee has launched the Ethics & Compliance Road Trip initiative - a series of visits to AmCham members that are actively developing their compliance and ethics programs.
Through these visits, Committee members have the opportunity to learn first-hand about the internal processes, challenges and practices of companies that are building a culture of integrity and responsibility, as well as to exchange experiences and ideas that can serve as a model for other organizations.
Ethics and compliance are the foundation of sustainable, transparent and responsible business. In today’s business environment, which increasingly relies on trust, integrity, and compliance, it is critical that companies recognize the importance of building a strong culture of ethical behavior.
Through its Ethics and Compliance Committee, AmCham BiH actively contributes to strengthening business integrity, supporting members in establishing and improving internal policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance with laws, standards, and good practices.
