As part of the Business Integrity Initiative, the American Chamber of Commerce in BiH (AmCham BiH) and the Public Procurement Agency of BiH signed a Cooperation Agreement, laying the foundation for strengthening transparency and integrity in public procurement processes. The signing ceremony, held at the Agency's premises, marked a significant step toward promoting ethical business practices in BiH.

This Agreement is the result of long-term efforts by both parties to establish a stronger dialogue and cooperation aimed at improving the public procurement framework in BiH. The focus will be on increasing transparency, efficiency, and fairness in public procurement, contributing to the creation of a more competitive and equitable business environment. Through this cooperation, AmCham BiH and the Agency will work together on education, advocacy, and the implementation of best practices in this field.

The signing of this Agreement is expected to bring significant improvements to public procurement practices, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and the credibility of the business community in BiH. Through joint efforts, AmCham BiH and the Public Procurement Agency of BiH are building the foundations for a fair, transparent, and accessible public procurement system, contributing directly to the economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
