The General Secretary will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management, administration, programs and strategic plan of the Chamber. Other key responsibilities is working with individual governments to develop partnership relations and more effective policy and regulation on business respect, fundraising, community outreach and consistent achievement of the AmCham BiH mission and financial objectives. The best candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills in order to provide leadership, build and maintain relationships with numerous stakeholders as well as with the AmCham BiH members. Must possess deep understanding of the political, economic and social environment in BiH. The duties of the General Secretary are under the overall supervision of the AmCham BiH Board of Governors.
